Uraian Tugas

Perform closely with various engineering as well as design team members to coordinate entire design package as well as requirements.
Develop technical parameters required to direct and guide drafters plus designers.
Direct flow of drafting as well as designer duties.
Ensure all design schedules are accomplished inclusive of providing regularly project status update to all project engineers.
Handle multiple projects as well as provide detailed design package following applicable engineering design standards plus safety codes.
Coach and mentor various engineering professionals.
Provide technical leadership as well as direct corporate or industry level in respective field of expertise.
Provide technical and engineering expertise along with guide to identify, analyze and resolve problems.
Plan, organize, estimate, schedule and monitor effectively all work activities.
Prepare thorough as well as precise technical reports, documentation, correspondence, calculations plus sketches.
Improve continuously job-related, technical, engineering and professional knowledge, performance and skills.
Update and maintain accurately all records as well as files.
Support project teams to develop significant engineering solutions.
Prepare comprehensive construction design specifications for all transmission lines.
Develop comprehensive transmission engineering design pertinent to scope of work.

Good Knowledge of Field activities related to RAN & transport in a large-scale network
Good understanding of the Telecom architecture of RAN, Optical Networks, Microwave
Operational Knowledge of Multi-Vendor transmission Nodes - Ericsson / Nokia / Huawei / Ceragon Telecom equipment
Knowledge of Transmission servers, High End Mux, routers & switches
