Officer Development Program – Wholesale Banking

Interested in company management?  Do you have a passion for maintain relationships within  companies?

This program is designed to shape the character of a leader for a job position in the field of Wholesale Banking (i.e. Corporate Banking, Commercial Banking, Government Institutional, and Treasury & Internasional Banking). By joining this program, you will be trained by bankers, professionals and leaders who are highly experienced in various aspects of banking and leadership.  The program begins with intensive classroom education followed by on-the-job training and rotations in various fields.  You will also have consulting sessions with top leader and work closely with senior managers on projects that will develop your skills.

• Local / International graduates (S1) and postgraduates (S2) from relevant fields of studies (economic, business law, technic, etc)
• Grade Point Average:
• Graduate (S1): a minimum of 3.00 or equivalent;
• Postgraduate (S2): a minimum of 3.20 or equivalent
• Maximum age for selection:
• 25 years old for Graduates (S1)
• 27 years old for Postgraduates (S2)
• Age not more than 27 years on March 2022
• Fluent in English for both written and verbal communication
• Remain to be Unmarried during the Program
• Willing to be relocated all over Indonesia
