Human Resource Manager

- Develop, recommend, prepared and maintain Human Resources policies & procedures and company regulations

- Develop and maintain the work structure by updating the organization chart and job descriptions for all positions

- Manage organization staff by establishing recruitment, talent test, interview, selection programs

- Develop and maintain historical personnel records

- Manage personnel transactions such as hires, promotions, demotion, transfers, terminations, and employee statistics for government reporting

- Build and maintain good and peaceful industrial relations to foster effective and positive productivity

- Develop and manage compensation & benefits programs such as wages & allowances, medical reimbursement, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance

- Manage and control all payroll management activities

- Develop and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance, including developing a merit pool (salary budget); analyzing compensation, monitoring the performance evaluation program, and revising as necessary

- Implement, assess and monitor the training & development agenda including a career-pathing program for the talents pool; identify areas that need attention and improvement

- Manage and organize all employee relations and Corporate Social Responsibility activities, including measuring employee stratification and identifying areas that require improvement

- Ensure compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; maintaining records; representing the organization at hearings

- Conducting and analyzing interviews

1. Bachelor Degree holder in all major

2. Proven work as HR Manger minimum 5 years experience in Shipping Company

3. Having a HR Manager training and certification license

4. Deep understanding of system regulation of labor legislation 

5. Settlement Industrial Relation Process and Negotiation process in termination employee

6. Having experience in planning Organizational Development
