Uraian Tugas

  • Establish and monitor day to day systems and workflows in consultation with Head of Operation or other Library team members
  • Contribute to the documentation of library procedures
  • Assist with the development of the library collection
  • Processing and preparation of resources for use
  • Responsible for circulating of library resources
  • Liaise with external agencies and support groups
  • Maintain an inventory of library books
  • Maintain an inventory of textbook
  • Maintain an inventory of teacher resources
  • Order textbooks for students
  • Operate the textbook distribution
  • Perform duties as directly assigned by superior


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  1. Minimum Bachelor Degree, major in Library Management or equivalent
  2. Minimum 1 year experience in the related field
  3. Basic English (Mandarin is a plus)
  4. Pleasant Personality
  5. Able to work under pressure
  6. Able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
  7. Able to multitask
  8. Team work
  9. Willing to work in Pantai Indah Kapuk, North Jakarta area
