• Establish and execute a sales goal
• Managing a team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals
• Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals
• Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term
• Educating team with presentations of strategies
• Reviewing expenses and recommending improvements
• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.
• At least 5 Year(s) of working experience in Food & Beverage industry (same position)
• Great communication skills, organizational skills with problem solving attitude and have strong leadership skills • Understand local marketing
• Focus to achieve P&L as targeted
• Conducting regular training sessions with the assigned team in line witge the departemental SOP
• Availability to travel as needed
• Ability to measure and analyze key performance indicators
