Uraian Tugas

• Must have a minimum of 5 Years experience in food & beverage industries

• Working knowledge of various computer software programs (MS. Office, POS) Have a strong leadership, ability to manage personnel and target achievement

• Ability to resolve problems efficiently, mastery in delegating multiple tasks and good communication. Maintains outlet operations by implementing policies and SOP; implementing outlet production (productivity, quality and customer service standards)

• Maintains customer satisfaction
