• Develop a training program to increase employee competency.
• Plan and implement an efficient and effective training and development module and syllabus.
• Assess, analyze, and evaluate the effectiveness of strategic training and development.
• Bachelor degree in psychology, service industry or related field.
• Minimum of a year experience
• Training and Development Supervisor in Hospitality or Food and Baverage Industry and Undertanding TNA is a must. Required skills : training delivery, developing training module, creating learning and development concept, presentation skill, training facility knowledge.
