Uraian Tugas

  • Managing shared drive database, account information, and paperwork completeness in Enrolment Process.
  • Assisting team leader in converting leads into enrolment by managing inquiries through CRM.
  • Assisting and maintaining designated auditing schedules and completing the audit in a timely manner.
  • Attending, and responding to inquiries from multiple platforms (Email, Facebook, Linkedin) Within 48 Hours.
  • Managing shared drive database, Employee Information, and paperwork completeness in the onboarding/induction process.
  • Assisting management by preparing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting.
  • Assisting and managing online form submission and approval.
  • Preparing and managing clients' core accounts.
  • Assisting Head Office with posting content on social media Accounts.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Female 26-35 Years Old
  • Minimal D3, 2-year experience as secretary/ PA
  • Microsoft Office skills (word, excel)
  • Administration skill.
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate
  • Having good interpersonal, and communication skills, detail and service-oriented
  • Be able to interact with Executives on a professional and personal level
  • Must include a self-introduction video using English
