Uraian Tugas
Managing shared drive database, account information, and paperwork completeness in Enrolment Process.
Assisting team leader in converting leads into enrolment by managing inquiries through CRM.
Assisting and maintaining designated auditing schedules and completing the audit in a timely manner.
Attending, and responding to inquiries from multiple platforms (Email, Facebook, Linkedin) Within 48 Hours.
Managing shared drive database, Employee Information, and paperwork completeness in the onboarding/induction process.
Assisting management by preparing weekly, fortnightly, and monthly reporting.
Assisting and managing online form submission and approval.
Preparing and managing clients' core accounts.
Assisting Head Office with posting content on social media Accounts.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Female 26-35 Years Old
Minimal D3, 2-year experience as secretary/ PA
Microsoft Office skills (word, excel)
Administration skill.
Ability to organize and prioritize tasks including delegation of tasks when appropriate
Having good interpersonal, and communication skills, detail and service-oriented
Be able to interact with Executives on a professional and personal level
Must include a self-introduction video using English
