Conducting interviews, recruiting, and vetting new staff.
Arranging training sessions with all new hires and refresher workshops for existing employees.
Assisting managers with staff requirements.
Identifying and addressing employee requirements regarding performance issues, training, and career growth.
Performing various administrative tasks and accurately processing paperwork.
Counseling staff on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
Syarat & Kualifikasi
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Management/Psychology/Law or any field from a reputable university.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to work unsupervised.
Preferably have experiences at least 2 years as HR Supervisor in the Hospitality & Manufacture industry.
Understand about labor law.
Understand about management of human rescources (including recruitment, training, performance assessment, etc).
Have a pleasant communication skills, administration, team player, expertise in present and analyze data, analytical and strategic skills, computer literacy.
