Uraian Tugas

We are looking for a Restaurant & Lounge Manager to lead all aspects of our business. You will deliver a high-quality menu and motivate our staff to provide excellent customer service.

Restaurant & Lounge Manager responsibilities include maintaining the restaurant’s & lounge revenue, profitability and quality goals. You will ensure efficient restaurant operation, as well as maintain high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.

To be successful in this role, you’ll need management skills and experience in both front and back of the house. We want you to know how to oversee the dining room, check-in with customers and balance seating capacity. Back of the house management experience is also essential, as you’ll hire qualified Cahiers, Waiters, Bartenders and Supervisors, set work schedules, oversee food prep and make sure we comply with health and safety restaurant regulations.

We’ll expect you to lead by example and uplift our staff during busy moments in our fast-paced environment. Ultimately, you will ensure our restaurant runs smoothly and customers have pleasant dining experiences.


Managing Restaurant Operations

  • Manage & oversee services and products offered in an outlet's operations
  • Oversees stock level for products and supplies
  • Handling customers enquiries and complaints
  • Daily ordering & maintain estimate consumption ,forecast requirement & maintain inventory
  • Organized & supervise shift
  • Training & evaluate staff
  • Control cost & minimize staff
  • Implement , innovative strategies to improve productivity and sales


Managing Bar/Lounge Operations

  • Implements agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property.
  • Manages in compliance with all local, state and Federal beverage and liquor laws.
  • Understands beverage control including days on hand, perpetual inventory, bar pars, portion control, costs controls, beverage potentials, mix of sales analysis for beverage, issue & returns, food standards, and period end inventory.
  • Monitors adherence to all liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Attends pre- and post-convention meetings as needed to understand group needs
  • Comprehends budgets, operating statements and payroll progress reports as needed to assist in the financial management of department.
  • Participates in the management of department's controllable expenses to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Manages to achieve or exceed budgeted goals.
  • Ensures compliance with all Bar/Lounge policies, standards and procedures.
  • Maintains food handling and sanitation standards.
  • Manages inventories according to budget and business levels.
  • Assists with developing menus and promotions as necessary.
  • Leading Bar/Lounge Team
  • Trains staff on liquor control policies and procedures.
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met.
  • Ensures employees understand expectations and parameters.
  • Communicates critical information to the Bar/Lounge staff regarding each event.
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
  • Provides excellent customer service.
  • Interacts with guests to obtain feedback on product quality and service levels.
  • Responds effectively to guest problems and complaints.
  • Empowers employees to provide excellent customer service.
  • Emphasizes guest satisfaction during all departmental meetings and focuses on continuous improvement.
  • Provides feedback to individuals in an effort to improve service performance.
  • Reviews comment cards and guest satisfaction results with employees.
  • Managing Human Resource Activities
  • Supports a departmental orientation program for employees to receive the appropriate new hire training to successfully perform their job.
  • Participates in the development and implementation of corrective action plans.


Syarat & Kualifikasi

  • Proven work experience 5 years as a Restaurant Manager, Restaurant General Manager, Lounge Manager, Hospitality Manager or similar role
  • Minimal D3/S1
  • Proven customer service experience as a manager
  • Extensive food and beverage (F&B) knowledge, with ability to remember and recall ingredients and dishes to inform customers and wait staff
  • Familiarity with restaurant management software
  • Strong leadership, motivational and people skills
  • Acute financial management skills
  • Degree in Business Administration hospitality management and/or culinary schooling is a plus
