Uraian Tugas

Responsible for leading and strategizing premium marketing communication initiatives for our organization's commercial products and services
Develop and implement comprehensive premium marketing communication strategies to promote commercial premium products and services
Lead and manage a team of marketing professionals, setting clear objectives, providing guidance, and monitoring performance
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align premium marketing efforts with organizational objectives
Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for enhancing premium commercial products
Develop and manage the premium marketing budget to ensure optimal resource allocation
Oversee the creation of premium marketing collateral, including print and digital materials
Monitor the performance of premium marketing campaigns and optimize strategies based on key performance indicators
Build and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as media partners, advertising agencies, and industry influencers
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and ethical marketing standards in all premium marketing activities
Drive continuous improvement by staying up-to-date with marketing trends, tools, and technologies.
Responsible for ensuring the requirements of occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units
