Job Description: |
1. Quality check online reports & surveys according to set service standards |
2. Contact registered shoppers / auditors in the Americas / Europe region to allocate evaluations & surveys |
3. Respond to shopper / auditor email enquiries |
4. Assist in recruiting new shoppers / auditors in Americas / Europe region to boost database |
Qualifications: |
1. Candidate must possess Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Professional Degree in any field |
2. Experience in the logistics industry is highly desirable |
3. Fresh graduates / entry level applicants are encouraged to apply |
4. Required language(s): Good Command of the English language |
5. Strong attention to detail and an analytical mindset. |
6. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. |
7. Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment |
8. Willing to work in day or night shift |
