Cafe Manager

Job Description:

* Train, lead, and supervise café/restaurant staff to ensure excellent service standards.

* Prepare weekly work schedules and manage shift replacements when necessary.

* Oversee daily operations while ensuring quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence to standards.

* Manage inventory, receive supplies, verify deliveries, and order stock as needed.

* Monitor expenses to stay within budget and identify cost-saving opportunities.

* Interact with guests to gather feedback and improve overall service and experience.

* Conduct regular team briefings with a focus on service excellence and continuous improvement.

* Enforce health and safety regulations and uphold high standards of cleanliness and food handling.

Requirements :

- Minimum Bachelor Degree

* Minimum 2 years of managerial experience in hospitality or F&B.

* Good communication skill

- Strong leadership

* Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
