Uraian Tugas

Supervise daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching goods
Ensure accurate and timely inventory management and stock control
Monitor and optimize warehouse layout and workflow for efficiency
Use SAP to track inventory movements, generate reports, and manage documentation
Coordinate with purchasing, logistics, and production departments to support smooth operations
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and security regulations within the warehouse
Lead and train warehouse staff to maintain performance and productivity standards
Conduct regular audits and stocktaking activities to prevent discrepancies

Bachelor's degree from a relevant field (preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration)
Minimum 2 years of experience in warehouse operations or inventory management
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and SAP (or similar ERP systems)
Able to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal
Strong leadership and team management skills
Good understanding of warehouse safety standards and operational procedures
Detail-oriented, organized, and capable of working under pressure
Willing to work overtime when required
