Uraian Tugas

Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on machinery and equipment
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, electrical, and technical issues during production
Respond quickly to maintenance requests during shift operations to minimize downtime
Record maintenance activities and update maintenance logs or reports accurately
Ensure all equipment operates efficiently and safely
Work closely with the production team to support continuous operations
Comply with safety regulations and company procedures during maintenance work
Participate in maintenance planning and improvement initiatives

Male, maximum 35 years old
Minimum D3 (Diploma) in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field
At least 2 years of experience in maintenance or technical support in a manufacturing/industrial environment
Strong understanding of preventive and corrective maintenance procedures
Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical systems efficiently
Willing to work in a shift schedule, including weekends and holidays if required
Able to work under pressure and respond quickly to maintenance issues
Good teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of safety procedures and compliance standards in industrial settings
Basic computer literacy is a plus
