Uraian Tugas

Coordinate and monitor maintenance activities in downstream production areas to ensure equipment reliability and performance
Implement and improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs
Plan and oversee maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and support production efficiency
Ensure compliance with GMP, K3L, Halal, and Food Safety standards in all maintenance activities
Liaise with other departments to coordinate technical support and resolve operational issues
Analyze maintenance data to identify trends and recommend improvements
Support technical projects, including installation, commissioning, and upgrades of equipment
Ensure all documentation and reporting are completed accurately and in a timely manner
Lead or support internal and external audits related to maintenance and safety standards

Male, maximum 35 years old
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering)
Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance coordination, preferably in manufacturing or food processing industry
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), K3L (Occupational Health, Safety & Environment), Halal Guarantee System, and Food Safety Standards
Strong project management and/or technical planning skills
Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications and computerized maintenance systems (CMMS/ERP)
Structured, analytical, and detail-oriented approach to problem-solving
Knowledge of electrical systems and PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) is a strong advantage
Basic proficiency in English, both written and spoken
