Uraian Tugas

Plan and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal downtime and maximum operational efficiency
Coordinate maintenance projects and tasks with relevant teams to ensure compliance with safety, quality, and food safety standards
Utilize maintenance systems to track, manage, and report on maintenance activities and work orders
Monitor equipment and systems to identify potential issues and plan for preventive maintenance
Collaborate with other departments to plan and execute maintenance activities in line with production schedules
Ensure adherence to GMP, K3L, Halal, and Food Safety standards during all maintenance work
Maintain maintenance records and documentation, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date
Assist in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, with a focus on electrical or PLC systems where applicable
Work with team members to continuously improve maintenance processes and practices

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related field
Understanding of GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), K3L (Occupational Health and Safety), Halal Guarantee System, and Food Safety regulations
Project management skills or technical planning skills
Proficient in Office applications (Excel, Word, etc.) and maintenance management systems
Structured and analytical approach to problem-solving and planning
Electrical/PLC system knowledge is an asset
Basic English proficiency (spoken and written)
