Uraian Tugas

Ensure compliance with EHS, food safety, and quality systems throughout production
Oversee quality assurance testing, including chemical, physical, and microbiology tests
Analyze and improve production processes to maintain high-quality standards
Utilize problem-solving tools to address quality issues effectively
Lead and manage a team, making key decisions related to quality issues
Communicate quality performance and improvements to senior management
Ensure all quality documentation is up-to-date and in compliance with industry standards

Bachelor's degree (Sarjana) in a relevant field
At least 5 years of experience in a quality assurance role
Maximum 35 years old
In-depth knowledge of EHS (Environmental, Health, and Safety), food safety, and quality systems and requirements for food products
Strong technical knowledge in chemical, physical, and microbiology testing
Understanding of the production flow process
Excellent analytical and systematic thinking abilities
Proficient in problem-solving tools and techniques
Strong leadership skills and decision-making ability in handling quality-related issues
Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
Familiar with Microsoft Office and ERP systems
