Uraian Tugas

Lead and manage energy management projects to optimize energy usage and reduce costs
Develop and implement CO2 and energy reduction strategies to meet regulatory targets and sustainability goals
Analyze energy consumption data to identify inefficiencies and propose improvements
Ensure compliance with energy regulations and industry standards
Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to drive energy efficiency initiatives
Provide leadership, training, and guidance to team members on energy-related topics
Prepare and present energy management reports to senior management

Bachelor's degree (Sarjana) in a relevant field (e.g., Energy Management, Environmental Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, etc.)
At least 5 years of industry experience, with a focus on project management and energy management
Maximum 35 years old
Technical energy expertise with a solid understanding of energy systems, technologies, and strategies
Strong project management skills to lead and oversee energy-related projects
Excellent analytical thinking to identify energy-saving opportunities and assess energy performance
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance requirements related to energy use and CO2 emissions reduction
Proven experience in developing CO2 and energy reduction strategies
Fluent knowledge of English (both written and spoken) is mandatory
Strong leadership abilities to influence teams and drive energy management initiatives
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across departments and with external stakeholders
