At Host Side : To Greet and ask about the reservation to the guest with proper manner

Check and confirm the guest's reservation into the PMS system

Suggesting the guest to download Bobobox apps for a more interesting stay experience.

Ask for guest's ID Card and make sure the registration form filled correctly

Give the locker key while explaining to the guest about the staying rules and the policy of the locker facilities.

Supervise and assist the host in welcoming guests, also handling problems and obstacles at work.

Supervise Night audit report before sent to superior.

As a role model for teams in implementing company rules and regulations.

At Cleaning side:

To conduct and be responsible based on the instruction of the Cabin Branch Leader on cleanliness and tidiness of the Bobobox Branch (pods and public area).

Conduct pods cleaning process based on priorities

Report to Cabin Branch Leader and/or colleagues for any guest’s left belonging and any breakage/loss of hotel properties.

Ensure stock of cleaning kits and trolly is loaded.

Ensure the pods cleaning steps follow the implemented work instruction.

Tidying up the bed, change sheet and pillowcase, if necessary change the bed duvet.

Cleaning the floor so no dirt left behind.

Dusting furniture and pods inside based on clockwise and ensure non skipped.

Refill amenities and guest supplies, towel and other based on standard set up.

Cleaning the bathroom based on standard set up.

Check and collect the trash bin of the responsible area and ensure it reclean.

Prepare and fulfill any guest request

Completing the pods cleaning checklist sheet and public area cleaning checklist then report it to superior.

Conduct regular cleaning projects/programs that have been scheduled by superior.

Clean and tidy up cleaning tools and equipment after the work finishes.

Responsible for any working tools and equipment of company inventory. (trolley, vacuum, application, etc).

To help ensure and maintain the high quality standard of cleanliness especially in new normal protocol as guided by Bobobox policy and management.
